I didn't know the area so didn't even know where to start looking. I was in constant communication with Josh during the few months that I was searching and he was most helpful. He would check on any house that I showed interest in, suggest others and giving me a full report on them. I drove over a few times to look at the ones of interest and each time Josh spent the entire weekend showing me around. We looked at many different areas. When I finally decided on a house I was not here so Josh did everything for me...arranging inspections, dealing with the issues, making sure that they were done, arranged a painter to paint the inside before I arrived, numerous checks on the house to be sure it was totally in good repair. I appreciated this so much since I wasn't here to do this. I feel that he went over, above and beyond what most realtors would do.
